SocialTables, a new fun social tool for event organizers
A friend who knows I have a passion about networking and events-software just introduced me to http://socialtables.com, a new tool that is really fun and that I am sure will capture a lot of interest. In short, SocialTables allows an event organizer to layout the tables at the gathering, and then place the guests at their seats by simply dragging and dropping them in place. It is such a simple task to drag and drop the icons of the guests that I am sure many hours will be spent figuring out how to place people – becuase the hardest challenge still remains – who goes next to...

Last week we completed the MarketMix 2011 conference organized by the Seattle chapters of the the American Marketing Association (PS AMA) and the Direct Marketing Association (SDMA). The event took place at the Bell Harbor Conference Center down by the water in Seattle. With over 350 attendees, 25 speakers and 20 sponsors it is the premier event for marketing professionals in the greater Seattle area. The Professional Developers Conference, PDC 2008 just opened for registration at http://www.microsoftpdc.com! If you wonder what the PDC conference is I can best describe it as the “precursor” to something big. This is not an annual conference, Microsoft only arranges it in preparation for a new technology launch. About every second year is what you can expect, and the theme is always different. Looking at the agenda, it is clear that Could Computing has a big role at the event. This is bound to be an exciting occasion for anyone loving developer technologies! You can even...
