SocialTables, a new fun social tool for event organizers

A friend who knows I have a passion about networking and events-software just introduced me to http://socialtables.com, a new tool that is really fun and that I am sure will capture a lot of interest. Is Viadeo a serious alternative to LinkedIn?

I just joined the professional networking site Viadeo. While it has 35 million members it is strongest in Europe and Asia, which is probably why I didn’t know of the service until recently. Here is a typical example: Joe lives in rented accomodation and has no plans to buy a house. At this time he is not open to mortgage deals, which means that advertising to him is a waste of money. However when Joe 6 months later starts looking for a house with his new...
